A MESSAGE TO OUR AIH FAMILIES | APRIL 20, 2020:
We understand there is a lot of uncertainty regarding the scheduling of upcoming events for our club. At this point, we still don't know when rinks will be open again and even when they do, what that means in terms of scheduling our clinics and tournaments alongside club evaluations and other facility commitments. Nevertheless, our club is continuing to proceed "as normal" behind the scenes, getting things organized for spring/summer sessions and gearing up for the start of next season. We ask that you take a moment to fill out this registration form so that we can start to see what kind of numbers we might expect for any events that are currently on the schedule should they proceed as originally planned or in some modified manner.
In the meantime, registration for next season is open, and we encourage you to submit your player information ASAP if you are planning to play in 2020-2021. During this difficult time, we are only looking for player commitments, but are NOT expecting to collect the $250 registration deposits. As many of you know, we typically offer some sort of exclusive "swag item" for those who register early, and this year is no exception. Both the giveaway item and season planning will be determined by the number of commitments we have, so please register by clicking the big green button on the top of this page. That is all you have to do for now (we are trying to simplify the remaining paperwork you have to fill out, so no need to download any forms at this time).
Thank you all; stay safe and healthy, and as always, don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions, comments, concerns.
AIH Virtual Banquet
A TeamSnap event has been scheduled for Friday, April 24th at 7pm for our club members to celebrate the 2019-2020 season via a "Virtual Banquet". The event listing and your email message contains the Zoom link to join in.
We encourage you to invite extended family to join and share in a celebration of our season and encourage our players and participants to have fun with the event by creating backgrounds for the Zoom meeting.
